We are happy to provide great value and service to our customers. That's why we offer free shipping on orders over $100. A small fee will be charged for orders under $100. At check-out you will know if your country is eligible for free shipping.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE?

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

You can request a refund for your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of your package.

All items will be checked after they are returned, so you must return the items to us in perfect condition.

Items must be unused or unwashed. Returns will only be accepted if items are returned with the original packaging completely intact and the original tags affixed to each item. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your expense. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packaged and not damaged on the way. We will not reimburse returned packages lost in return shipping. Any shipping charges and return handling costs incurred when returning products are the responsibility of the customer. Unless there is an error on our part, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, at the latest 30 working days after the returned products reach us. Please note that we will not refund shipping, additional duties, taxes, or any additional fees you may have incurred. Always make sure you have proof of shipment from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) when shipping your returns. During "Free Shipping" campaigns, you as a customer only pay for return shipping - if that happens. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Since many of our products are fragile, we ship all orders insured and take full responsibility for the damaged item. Please take a photo of the outside of the delivered box and the damaged item. We'll send you a replacement or refund your payment, depending on your preference.

 

WILL YOU REFUND MY DELIVERY FEE?

We will refund you the value of your merchandise, but not the delivery fee.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?

Please let us know by completing the "Return Form" before sending the product, and please indicate which product(s) you are returning and your reason for return. Pack the items in their original packaging and your invoice in it. Use an express mail service of your choice and ship the package to the address we will inform you. We strongly recommend that you ship the package using a trackable service, as it is your responsibility until the package reaches us.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You cannot change a product you have purchased.
